 Fitzpatrick and Lambert Ford Incorporated was recently chosen to receive the 2009 President's Award from Ford Motor Company. This is the 11th time this award has been presented to the dealership and the third consecutive year that Fitzpatrick and Lambert has received this award. The President's Award recognizes dealers who achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction in both sales and service. Winners of the award are noted as organizations with a customer-focused mentality, a commitment to sound processes and, most importantly, outstanding team members. “Receiving this award is such a great honor for us here at Fitzpatrick and Lambert because it lets us know we are achieving our goal of providing our customers with friendly hometown service,” said owner Leo Lambert. “Our staff has worked very hard and done a fantastic job at satisfying all customer needs and this award is a testament to their efforts above all.” 

Ford dealers throughout the country compete for this award annually, but only 327 of more than 4,000 Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealerships in the U.S. received this distinction in 2009. According to Darryl B. Hazel, president of Ford's Customer Service Division, the President's Award is one of the most prestigious honors Ford Motor Company can bestow upon a dealership.
